When it was revealed that Robert Pattinson will be playing the part of the Caped Crusader in Matt Reeves' The Batman, the reactions were quite mixed. With Big Little Lies actress Zoe Kravitz set to play the role of Selina Kyle in the upcoming film and will work alongside Pattinson, what are her thoughts on the actor taking up the hero's mantle?
"I've never worked with him before, but we've been together for the last few weeks," Kravitz told Variety. "I had a camera test with him and now we've been training together and rehearsing together and he's just a delightful person and such a wonderful, thoughtful actor."
The actress says Pattinson is "perfect" for the role and she thinks that the project is going to be "such an adventure." Kravitz admits that she's "excited" to have Pattinson as her partner in crime "and to be there to support each other because it's intense."
Kravitz says it's "going to be a long shoot" and there would certainly be "a lot of pressure," but she knows that Pattinson has her back and she has his.
It looks like the actress is pretty much ecstatic to work on the movie and is really rooting for Pattinson. The pair have been friends for a while now and there's no doubt that both of them will do great in the film. Fans are excited to see the two work together on the big screen and can't wait to see their performance as the two iconic DC characters.
