Originally set for a November 2019 release, DC fans were a bit bummed out when Wonder Woman 1984's premiere got delayed. And after a long wait, we'll finally be able to see Diana back in action next year. However, even prior to the trailer's release, fans already got a glimpse of the hero's enemy, Cheetah.

A photo of a Wonder Woman 1984 merch recently made its rounds on Twitter. The mug was spotted at CCXP Brazil, and it shows an image of Kristen Wiig's character, Cheetah. The villain is seen with blonde hair, posing with her hands formed into somewhat of a claw-like position. The art seems to be an 80's style drawing, with the character sporting leopard patterned fur jacket and pants, along with a black inner. You can check it out below.

Barbara Minerva's look isn't what the fans expected, and many of them have speculated that the villain hasn't made its transformation yet, hence the outfit. This led fans to assume that this isn't actually Cheetah's full look in the upcoming movie and that she might be making her transformation sometime in the film.

Wiig posted a photo back in 2018 which showed her character in what seems to be her casual look. Based on the photo she shared, the artwork in the mug could either be her full transformation, or just the start of the character embracing her true self. That being said, it hasn't been confirmed on whether or not the outfit on the merch would actually be Wiig's costume in the film.
