The Suicide Squad Star Flula Borg Says He Has 'No Idea' Who He's Playing in the Movie

James Gunn's The Suicide Squad will feature the return of Harley Quinn and Captain Boomerang along with other DC characters. The director has yet to reveal which characters will be appearing in his film and who'll play who, the actors are keeping quiet about it as well, including German actor Flula Borg.

In a recent interview with Comic Book Movie, Borg claims he doesn't know which character he'll be playing. "I have no idea what I'm doing or who I'm playing," he said. "But I can tell you the snacks were delicious on set."

The actor is keeping most details under wraps and it's no surprise for comic book movies like these. That said, he can provide a bit of information about what's available on set and it is hilarious. "Consistently tasty and plenty of napkins and there were toilets always close by so if I had to use a toilet, that was available to me as well," Borg added. "Oh, and they had water."

"I think, at this point, the only thing I can tell you is that it was a very dope time," the actor said. "And a very great adventure that I'm very excited for people to see."

Although the actor is tight-lipped about his character, some fans might have figured it out. Thanks to leaked photos from the set of The Suicide Squad back in October, fans have guessed that Borg will be playing Javelin. Fans pointed out that the costume is very similar to that of the DC character, you can check those images here.

Javelin is a German Olympic athlete and has spear-shaped weapons. He fought Green Lantern in his first appearance and eventually became a criminal and a part of the Suicide Squad.

The Suicide Squad is scheduled for release on August 6, 2021.
