The CW's Crisis on Infinite Earths event has fans riled up with the return of three different Superman actors. Along with the returning actors for the series, fans have been waiting for further casting announcements, expecting other characters to return as well.

Being one of the most ambitious TV events ever attempted, fans have been eyeing the Arrowverse's crossover ever since it started production. Of course, the actors won't leave their fans hanging so they update and post photos on set as much as they can, and people can't get enough of the tease.

And while multiple actors are reprising their role, fans hope to see The Flash star Rick Cosnett who played Eddie Thawne in the first season, then reprising his role in the following ones.

The actor was seen in Vancouver recently and fans are curious about the actor's plans or intention. Cosnett is speculated to film for Crisis On Infinite Earths because it is known that most of the shows from The CW Network film in Vancouver, including The Flash.

The fan under the username Pagmyst on Twitter shares his suspicion on Cosnett's plans in Vancouver. See tweet below:

Pagmyst's tweet got a lot of attention from fans, mostly from people who were excited to see Cosnett in Vancouver. They are very much hoping for the actor's return in the crossover, saying that it won't be a surprise if the actor actually appeared in the series.

However, it's unlikely that Cosnett would be making an appearance and this is only a speculation. Further announcements for the cast are yet to be announced so take this report with a grain of salt.

Crisis on Infinite Earths will start with Supergirl on Dec. 8, and continue with Batwoman (Dec. 9) and The Flash (Dec. 10). The whole event ends on Jan. 14 with Arrow and DC's Legends of Tomorrow.
