Production for The Falcon and the Winter Soldier has resumed in Atlanta, Georgia! Eagle-eyed fans have spotted some actors that play members of a new organization on the set of the Disney+ series which could hint provide more details on what’s to come on the show.

The fan shared the information on Reddit, saying that a few actors were spotted wearing “World Repatriation Council” badges on their outfits. There were also a bunch of NYPD vehicles and SWAT teams, some actors were in secret service outfits as well.

The fan also noted that there was a motorcycle chase in a parking garage. “Lots of suits looking like being evacuated in flashing lights,” the Redditor wrote. “Flashing red lights as f*ck, all over the place.”

There was once an organization called the World Security Council. Though with The Falcon and the Winter Soldier set after the events of Avengers: Endgame, the new group’s name suggests that they will, well, “repatriate.” Given that this is a term normally used during or after the warfare, it’s possible that the World Repatriation Council will be helping those who have returned after the 5-year blip as they adjust and go back to their normal life.

There’s also the possibility that the villainous Baron Zemo is behind this group or even has bigger plans for this newly established organization, he may attempt to take control over them as he takes down our heroes.
