There have been a few reports surrounding the cast of the second season of Star Wars: The Mandalorian as of late. It was recently revealed that Rosario Dawson will be playing the role of Ahsoka Tano in the live-action series, Bill Burr is said to be returning as well, and Michael Biehn will reportedly play a character that was involved in Din Djarin's past. Now, it seems like there could be another big name joining the galaxy far, far away.

According to Making Star Wars, actor Jamie Lee Curtis might make an appearance in the second season of The Mandalorian. However, the outlet points out that this is merely a rumor. Curtis was said to be at the location for filming while season two was in production.

Details on Curtis' possible role wasn't provided since the outlet also pointed out that the Knives Out actor could be around the location because she might be involved with Avatar 2. The James Cameron film was also shooting around the same area as the Star Wars series.

The Mandalorian has kept quite a big detail while filming for the first season, managing to avoid leaks or spoilers about Baby Yoda or The Child. Not to mention that the Dawson casting was revealed after season two has wrapped filming.

In terms of Curtis' role, the sky is the limit with the Star Wars universe. Since Burr is said to be returning for the second season, he could appear in a flashback sequence, which may feature Curtis' character. On the other hand, the series has shown Mando traveling and meeting all kinds of characters from different corners of the galaxy, so there's tons of possibilities as to who Curtis could pay.

Again, this report is just a rumor so it should be taken as a grain of salt until it is confirmed.

Star Wars: The Mandalorian Season 2 is set for release this October on Disney+.
