Old Infinity War Featurette Shows One Dead Character On Avengers: Endgame Set

A featurette released last year for Avengers: Infinity War hints that at least one character who turned to dust isn't as dead as others thought.

In the said behind-the-scenes footage, Chris Pratt was revealed to be on the set of a cabin that was featured in the Avengers: Endgame trailer. The actor was gushing about the legacy of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and being part of such an enormous, globally loved franchise.

Pratt was in the cabin by the lake where fans see Steve Rogers and Clint Barton talking in the Avengers: Endgame trailer. Charlie Schneider aka Emergency Awesome was the one who pointed out the sighting. The actor looked like he is getting ready to put on a costume since he is wearing a plain black top. Check it out below.

This clip wasn't much of a big deal when it first came out, but now that Infinity War has been released and Peter Quill's fate has been revealed, it seems there is something fishy going on. If you didn't know, Avengers: Endgame and Avengers: Infinity War were filmed back to back so the actors were likely doing scenes for the two films without knowing which is which. This is likely one of them.

Could it be that at this point in the film, Star-Lord has been revived? Or is it just a vision or a flashback? Is it possible that the remaining team was able to connect with the snap victims in some way? The character who is most likely to be connected with such a scene is Rocket since he is the only one who was close to Quill.

Some fans who are used to Marvel going to great lengths to keep secrets that they wouldn't put it past the studio to plant an actor on a set he would have no scenes in just to throw fans off. Is this what is happening here? Keep in mind this was an Infinity War featurette. Maybe it may not be a big deal, which is why it was shown.

While many expect that Avengers: Endgame will see the snap undone, it still feels a bit weird that Star-Lord is at that cabin, which appears to be one of the major locations in the film. He seems to be the only one among the dead characters who showed up too, so it definitely has one thinking.

Avengers: Endgame hits theaters April 26.
