The release of Zack Snyder's original version of the Justice League led to the campaign for David Ayer's Suicide Squad to get the same treatment as well. The director has been revealing some tidbits about the parts that didn't make it into the final cut, and it seems like there could have been more Batman action in the Ayer Cut.

In an interview with Lady Falcon, Ben Affleck's stuntman Richard Cetrone opened up about his experience on set, including that there would have been more action featuring the Dark Knight. "There were some things," Cetrone said. "I did a little more with the car, like trying to get into the car, trying to get through the roof."
"So I did a little more," Cetrone continued. "There would probably be a little more of Batman in there."

Cetrone is clearly referencing the chase scene with Harley Quinn and Joker. While it doesn't sound like there would be a good chunk of new Batman material in the Ayer Cut, it certainly makes one wonder about the other Batman scenes in the film, especially since his parts were scattered throughout the movie.

Regardless of the amount of new footage with Bruce Wayne in it, this is good news for fans who have been campaigning for Ayer Cut's release, and they'll most likely welcome any new clips that involve the character.
