A talented artist has created a fanart imagining how Tom Holland’s Spider-Man would look like in a Venom symbiote black suit.

Holland made his debut as Spider-Man in the movie Captain America: Civil War and has since reprised the role in a few more Marvel movies such as the Spider-Man: Homecoming and Avengers: Endgame with his character last seen in Spider-Man: Far From Home, which serves as the last chapter for Phase 3 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

With news on the dispute between Disney and Sony that resulted in Marvel losing access to Spider-Man and Sony having full movie rights, there has been notably severe backlash from fans. Although it is official that both Sony and Disney won’t collaborate anymore, Holland would still return as Spider-Man in upcoming movies in the near future.

In line with this, an artist under the username Mizuriofficial, took to Instagram his thoughts on how the fan wishes “to see a clash between Spider-Man and Venom” as it would surely be “epic."

In the form of digital art, the creator shows how Spider-Man could be imagined wearing Venom’s black symbiote suit. The user made sure to tag Tom Holland in hopes that he would see the photo.

Holland hasn’t responded yet though, despite this, the artist has been receiving lots of positive feedback on his talent and work garnering over 5,000 likes.

Considering that the hero has only encountered Venom once in Spider-Man 3 with the hero played by Tobey Maguire, it would be interesting what Sony decides on doing and more importantly, on how they would introduce the character after being in the Marvel Cinematic Universe for years.

Even though Sony may have plans on uniting the two characters, no one knows what to expect if this is where the story would go forward. Nonetheless, the amazing work of the artist is highly creative and could be considered as an inspiration for Spider-Man in future movies that would be in the works.
