Last week, it was revealed that Marvel Studios is reportedly looking to cast an Eastern European character that's between the ages of 20 and 30, who'll possibly turn out to be Kazimierz Kazimierczak a.k.a. Clown. This character played a major role in Matt Fraction's Hawkeye comic run, and it seems like Marvel already has an actor in mind.

According to MCU Cosmic, the person Marvel is eyeing "lands in the higher end of that casting age range" and is apparently best known for playing a clown as well. This makes it ironic considering that the part is for another clown in the Disney+ series.

That being said, the outlet prompted to not name the actor since "it's not close to being final yet," but the statement does raise some eyebrows. One actor famously known for playing a clown is IT star Bill Skarsgård, there's also the possibility that it could even be someone who recently played Joker such as Joaquin Phoenix or Jared Leto.

In Matt Fraction's run on Hawkeye, Clown ended up stabbing Clint Barton in his ears leaving the hero deaf again. With Echo rumored to be featured on the show, Clown's wrongdoings may eventually lead to passing on the mantle to the latter.

For now, Marvel is yet to make an official announcement about the Clown's appearance on Hawkeye, so fans should take with a grain of salt. That said, the character could make an exciting addition to the Disney+ show.
