DC FanDome saw the release of the trailer for Zack Snyder's Justice League along with the news that it will be a four-parter. HBO Max is yet to set a date for the Snyder Cut, though. However, an image from the DC Press site allegedly revealed its debut date. While this certainly got the fans excited, the streaming service recently debunked the release date.

A photo from the DC Press site recently made the rounds on social media, allegedly revealing that Zack Snyder's Justice League will be released on September 5, 2021. However, according to Collider's Steven Weintraub, this isn't true. He contacted the representatives of the streaming service, who unfortunately denied the said date. You can check out the post below.

This comes to no surprise considering that September 5 lands on a Sunday. Most streaming services, including HBO Max, usually drop projects on Fridays for people to enjoy over the weekend, so it wasn't typical for them to release the highly-anticipated Snyder Cut on the said date.

While the September release date isn't official, this could still somehow give the fans an idea of its potential release window. There could be some truth to the release date, but of course, this is just wishful thinking.

Zack Snyder's Justice League is set to arrive on HBO Max in 2021.
