As Avengers: Endgame draws closer, fans are starting to think about all the iconic Captain America moments including a memorable one that took place in The First Avenger during a confrontation between him and Red Skull. When the villain asks what makes him so special, he responds, "Nothing, I'm just a kid from Brooklyn" and then smirked.

The newfound love for the statue definitely comes at a perfect time seeing that The Winter Soldier, the second film focused on the character, will mark its fifth anniversary exactly a week from now. That film was recently surpassed at the box office by Captain Marvel, but is still a solid movie that many fans consider to be the best of all the Captain America films.

The reemergence of the statue also had fans thinking about the odds of Steve and Peter Parker ever sharing any more moments in Avengers: Endgame after their exchange in Captain America: Civil War. Fans will remember that the two got friendly in the middle of the airport fight after learning that they are both from Manhattan--Spidey from Queens and Cap from Brooklyn. Not long before this Spider-Man stole his shield.

With the speculation that Captain America won't make it in Avengers: Endgame, some fans are starting to think seeing this statue is going to make them cry. It might even be flocked by supporters of the character should his stint really end in the highly-anticipated film.

Avengers: Endgame hits the theaters April 26.
