Black Panther 2, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 Shooting Dates Reportedly Revealed

Production for the MCU projects might be on hold for now, but the studio is seemingly getting work done behind the scenes as future plans continue. With the coronavirus pandemic, it's still uncertain as to when everything goes back to normal. That being said, shooting dates for 2 Marvel films have been reportedly revealed.

Redditor smoove4254 recently shared two screenshots from ProductionList.com, showing the shooting dates for movies Black Panther 2 and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. The latter is said to begin filming on February 1, 2021, in Atlanta, Georgia. While the former will reportedly start on March 1st, 2021, in Australia.

As some fans may know, Australia has been a popular filming location for Marvel Studios. Thor: Ragnarok was the most recent project filmed there. In addition, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, though on hold, it shooting in Australia as well.

Aside from the date and location, the outlet also provided descriptions for the films, which are more of just generic synopses. Both movies are expected to have "more adventures" with the main characters of the films.

The dates from the website are likely just estimates for the production start. They could also be out of date, given the situation with the pandemic, but then again, things could change quickly. All that being said, the outlet's info could serve as good news for the fans who have been waiting for more Marvel content, especially for the Black Panther and Guardians sequel.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is yet to have a release date, Black Panther 2 is currently set to arrive in theaters on May 6, 2022
