John Avon's Iconic Unhinged Lands To Become Playmats

Yesterday, John Avon revealed on his Twitter that his iconic full art land set will be sold as playmats via Kickstarter!

All 5 full art lands John Avon created for the Unhinged set will be available as a playmat. They will be produced by Ultra Pro, who also released this same iconic land art set as card sleeves late last year.

Johnavonart.com provided us with a mock up of what the playmats may look like. Please note that this is not a final design and only a mock up.

Wow! If for some reason that image alone isn't enough to buy a full playset, there will also be Kickstarter specials to sweeten the deal. This includes early bird specials, options to get a limited number of mats featuring doodles by John, a collectors reward when you Kickstart all 5 playmats together, and a couple of special stretch goals that may get really "crazy". Prices have not yet been set, but shipping will be free all over the planet.

If for some reason you miss the Kickstarter, you can order afterward, but you won't get the cheaper Kickstarter rate, so you will want to pick these up right away if possible.

No date is set for the Kickstarter, but a representative from Johnavonart.com said that they expect to go live any day now.
