Jared Leto and Mark Ruffalo Enjoyed New York Comic Con in Disguise

When you portray comic book icons such as the Hulk or the Joker in blockbuster films, it is impossible to walk around a Comic Con unnoticed. At last weekends 2015 New York Comic Con, Jared Leto and Mark Ruffalo fooled the fans as they separately donned their own cosplay costumes.

It is not uncommon for celebrities to go to conventions in disguise; after all, they can barely walk out the front door without being followed by paparazzi. Other celebrities, such as Bryan Cranston, sneaked into comic-con with a mask cosplaying as himself in 2013, and Hugh Jackman has cosplayed as the Wolverine. Ryan Reynolds even brought a Darth Vader mask to San Diego Comic Con earlier this year, which he wore when he was late to a panel and needed to evade the crowd.

At NYCC, Leto took pictures with unspecting fans and Ruffalo enjoyed the convention with his kids, Keen, Odette, and Bella Noche. None of us would have ever known, except for the fact that both celebrities had posted pictures to Twitter and Instagram to share their shenanigans.

Given that these celebrities went completly unnoticed, we wonder how many other famous actors might have fooled the crowd and didn't bother to post images of their costumes.
