Japanese Pokemon Go Users Fall For Mewtwo Prank


The Suruma Park in Nagoya, Japan has a fountain area that looks like a giant Poke Ball, and since rumor about Mewtwo appearing here began circulating on Twitter, Pokemon Go players started gathering here.

According to Livedoor, it all started when a Twitter user claimed Mewtwo is found in this park.

The rumor was debunked, but a lot of Japanese Pokemon Go players showed up:

People didn't find end up finding a Mewtwo, but over a thousand players reportedly gathered here. Thankfully, it didn't end up a total bust. Some found a Blastoise in the area.
