The Wasp Fights Ghost in This New Ant-Man & The Wasp Clip

Marvel Studios

In the upcoming Marvel film, Evangeline Lilly's The Wasp will finally get her superhero break after waiting for too long. Last week, Lilly revealed that her character almost suited up for Captain America: Civil War before the Russo brothers reconsidered. If you've been keeping up with the marketing for Ant-Man and The Wasp, you can see that the Wasp has a lot of action-packed moments, and now, Marvel Studios has released a new clip featuring her and the mysterious villain named Ghost (played by Hannah John-Kamen).

We still don't know Ghost's true motivations but it seems he works for Walton Goggins' corrupt business rival Sonny Birch, who wants Pym's inventions for his own plans.

Synopsis:

From the Marvel Cinematic Universe comes a new chapter featuring heroes with the astonishing ability to shrink: "Ant-Man and The Wasp." In the aftermath of "Captain America: Civil War," Scott Lang grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father. As he struggles to rebalance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he's confronted by Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside The Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from their past.

Directed by Peyton Reed, Ant-Man & The Wasp stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Pena, David Dastmalchian, Randall Park, Laurence Fishburne, Michelle Pfeiffer, Hannah John-Kamen, and Michael Douglas, and it's set to release in theaters on July 6.
