Ravnica Allegiance Previews: Captive Audience, Sunder Shaman, New Split Cards & More Revealed

Pre-release for Magic: The Gathering's latest set Ravnica Allegiance will happen next week, so that means all the cards are expected to be revealed soon.

A new batch of Ravnica Allegiance cards has been revealed today, and they include a couple of new split cards, a powerful Rakdos enchantment, a playable mythic rare ooze creature, some decent Gruul creatures, and more.

Counter target activated ability or triggered ability. (Mana abilities can't be targeted.)

Create a token that's a copy of a creature you control.

Persistent Petitioners

Creatures you control gain +1/+3 until end of turn. Untap those creatures.

Enchant Creature

Enchanted Creature gains +1/+2 and Vigilance.

Addendum: If you cast this spell during your main phase, enchanted creature gains lifelink until end of turn.

Biogenic Ooze

Captive Audience

Biogenic Ooze will probably see some play in Standard. Green has gained a good amount of strong creatures in this set. Even the four-to-cast Sunder Shaman looks like a decent card to play in a Gruul deck. I would love to see a deck centered around Captive Audience.
