The upcoming Magic: The Gathering set Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths has been getting more teasers before the official spoilers come ou early April, and now a new poster featuring one of the monsters in Ikoria has surfaced online, giving us a look at wicked new art that we don't usually see in a typical Magic card.

Redditor Tobestik shared the photo of the holographic poster of a wild and ferocious red and black beast, and it features the line: "Make your own monster". Check it out:

This look looks wickedly cool, and it's easy to assume that this is the kind of art style that will be featured in the Showcase versions of Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths. It definitely reminds me of the Japanese anime series Digimon. I'm looking forward to see what other crazy monsters they'll feature in Ikoria.

The message "Make your monster" reflects what MTG head designer said about the set: You get to create your own monster in this set, but how? We don't know exactly yet, but the two mechanics recently teased could give us a clue.

Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths will officially be released on April 24, 2020.
