Viewers want to know the most popular shows and movies in any streaming service, and now Netflix has made it easier for its subscribers to see which ones are ranked the highest in their countries.
Netflix has announced that it's adding a new row that will enable you to watch what is most popular on Netflix in your country, and it will be updated every day so you'll see that the position of the row's rankings will vary depending on how relevant the shows and movies are to you.
The updated top 10 list features three categories: overall, shows, and films, so you'll be able to see the top 10 most popular films and top 10 most popular series when you click on the movies and TV shows tabs.
Shows and movies that make these lists also get a special "Top 10" badge, whenever they appear on Netflix.
Here's what Cameron Johnson, Product Innovation, said in a statement: "We're constantly looking for ways to make Netflix better. It's why we've been experimenting with top 10 lists in Mexico and the UK for the last six plus months. Members in both countries have found them useful, so we are now rolling them out to even more."
I think this new top 10 feature on Netflix is great, and it will surely help users find recommended shows and movies that are popular right now.
