Modern Horizons is Getting A New Cycle of Magic: The Gathering Dual Lands

Wizards of the Coast

The official previews for the upcoming straight-to-Modern Magic: The Gathering set Modern Horizons is kicking off strong this week. Today, Wizards of the Coast have revealed a new cycle of "enemy-colored" dual lands that resemble the card "Horizon Canopy" because you can sacrifice them to draw a card so I guess you can call them "Canopy Lands" or "Horizons Lands" for now. Check them out:

The new cycle of dual lands includes "Silent Clearing" (black/white), "Sunbaked Canyon" (red/white), "Nurturing Peatland" (black/green), "Fiery Islet" (blue/red), and "Waterlogged Grove" (black/green). These new Land cards will likely see a lot of play in the Modern format and they will probably cost $20 USD or more each when they're first released.

What Modern decks are you thinking of adding these cards in?
