The latest Magic: The Gathering set War of the Spark is not the only Magic product fans coming next month. Del Rey is also publishing a new Magic novel by Greg Weisman called Ravnica: War of the Spark, and it's the first major paper Magic novel after an eight-year break. Fans are already looking forward to the set's epic story featuring a major war between Nicol Bolas and the Gatewatch (and a bunch of other Planeswalkers) but much of it still remains a mystery; and now, thanks to Amazon's description of the novel, we now have more plot details.

That sounds like a great plot for an epic fantasy movie. The Elder Dragon's trap could spell doom to the Gatewatch and other Planeswalkers of Magic's multiverse. I'm looking forward to reading and reviewing this book so look forward to our review here on Epicstream.
