Last year's Magic: The Gathering Player of the Year Luis Salvatto has taken it to Twitter to share his official preview of a red/black Modern Horizons card called Munitions Expert. He also posted the Spanish version of the Goblin card and tweeted: "Is time to come back to modern! Please bring all that old goblins and build something spicy!" Check out the card:
It looks like this card fits nicely in a red/black Goblin deck. It might be also used in Jund. Being able to inflict damage to an opposing creature can help clear the way for your goblins to attack, and the Flash ability is a nice addition that could make this card playable in various aggressive decks in Modern.
Modern Horizons will be released on June 14. Prerelease events will take place on June 8 and 9. The prerelease events will be Draft, not Sealed. Previews will begin at the end of May. The War of the Spark card set will be released on May 3, 2019. It's already available in digital version on Magic Arena.
