Magic: The Gathering Hall of Famer Ben Stark Joins F2K


Fade 2 Karma (F2K) has signed Magic: The Gathering hall of famer Ben Stark as part of its esports expansion, the the esports company announced on Twitter.

Stark, who was inducted in the 2013 MTG Hall of Fame and is best known for his Limited Draft expertise, joins the esports team F2K on Wednesday.

Stark, one of the 32 members of the 2019 Magic Pro League and the first MPL member F2K signed, joins the already growing MTG team that includes Magic pro Ondřej Stráský, Magic Arena streamer TheAsianAvenger, and Hearthstone streamer Frank Lepore.

Stark won Pro Tour Paris in 2011, and has four other Pro Tour Top 8's on his MTG resume. He also has a total of 25 Grand Prix Top 8 finishes, and has over 20,000 followers on his Twitch channel. He's also known for giving expert tips on MTG strategies. Recently, he just explained how "Oko, Thief of Crowns" is overpowered.

Adding Stark to the F2K is just the beginning of the company's efforts to expand in the world of esports. Back in May, former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson invested in Fade2Karma.
