Magic: The Gathering Commander Collection: Green Delayed

Commander Collection: Green, the first Magic: The Gathering Commander Collection (eight reprint cards, themed to a color), was originally scheduled to be released on September 4, 2020, but Wizards of the Coast is pushing its release date to December

Today, WotC has announced that due to production delays, Commander Collection: Green will now be released on December 4. "The delay is unfortunate, especially during the Year of Commander," Wizards stated. "But it's been a year of many things, and this delay is unfortunately out of our control. We regret any inconvenience this may cause."

The collection contains eight sought-after reprints with all new art, and many referencing iconic legends. The reprints are staples in the Commander format, and there are two versions: premium and regular edition. All stores in the Wizards Play Network (WPN) will get the regular edition, which contains all eight cards in nonfoil, and WPN premium stores will also get a premium version, which contains all eight cards in foil.
