Last year, Wizards of the Coast released the Challenger Decks, four individual preconstructed 75-card Standard decks that became available April 6, 2018, and was sold for $29.99 (MSRP) each. Today, Senior Magic Designer Gavin has confirmed that new Challenger Decks are coming on April 12, about close to release of the Spring 2019 Magic set (Wizards of the Coast might have already revealed the title for it).
Verhey confirmed that the MSRP is the same ($29.99) for the new Challenger Decks.
The Challenger Decks are perfect for new or returning Magic players who want to get into the Standard format. The new Challenger Decks will probably represent different two-color combinations.
