God-Eternal Bontu From War of The Spark Revealed

Bontu, one of the four Amonkhet gods returning in Magic: The Gathering'sWar of the Spark, is back in his God-Eternal form, and now, Wizards of the Coast have revealed the card.

God-Eternal Bontu is a five-to-cast legendary creature with Menace that lets you sacrifice permanents when it enters the battlefield and lets you draw equal to the number of permanents you sacrificed this way.

It's interesting that the new god cards have an ability to return to your deck instead of having indestructibility so even if you destroy or exile, it will keep coming back (as long as it's not countered).

So far, two god cards from War of the Spark have been revealed: Bontu and Ilharg, the Raze Boar. Since Hazoret is the only Amonkhet god not returning as a God-Eternal in War of the Spark, it's good that they designed Ilharg to give red decks a god they can use.

Another spell from the new set was revealed, and it features the God-Eternals of Bolas's army. Check it out:

That card does a lot of things and it's definitely a Limited bomb and it will probably see some play in some Midrange or Control strategies.
