The next Magic: The Gathering Standard-legal set is Zendikar Rising, and it will be released in September 2020, but fans will be able to get their first look at the new expansion later this month.
Over on Twitter, Magic head designer Mark Rosewater announced that he will be doing an MTG panel at Comic-Con@Home, an online event where they reveal new information about upcoming entertainment titles. Rosewater said that the panel at 12 pm PST on Saturday, July 25 will be our first look at Zendikar Rising.
Rosewater will most likely reveal new art from Zendikar Rising, but I won't be surprised if he also reveals a new card from the set. The Magic panel might also reveal upcoming Magic sets for 2021, just like what Wizards did in last year's San Diego Comic-Con.
The Comic-Con@Home event will be available online for free from July 22-26.
