A new Dragon Ball Super arc just kicked off this month, and it's pitting the greatest fighters from different universes to fight in "Tournament of Power" martial arts tournament. There's a lot in stake as the losers' homes will be destroyed by the Omni-Kings. The anime will introduce a slew of new characters for Goku and his Universe 7 fighters to fight, and now, Toei Animation's site shared official descriptions for a few never-before-seen fighters from Universe 9 and 11.
Toei's character page was updated to show images and biographies for the anime's new characters. Fans are introduced to Universe 9's Kai Rou, who's voiced by Yasunori Masutani. Kai Rou tends to poke fun of other universes. The universe's God of Destruction is a dwarfish character named Sidra.
We also learn about the universe's warriors: Basil and Bergamo. Basil is a bipedal wolf who sports a dark cape, and known for his powerful kicks. Bergamo is a warrior nicknamed 'Poison Bergamo' because of his ability to control poisons.
As for Universe 11, the only one introduced is the dimension's Kai, who's known to have a strong sense of Justice.
