Amonkhet Remastered Will Be Arriving in Magic: The Gathering Arena in August

Today, Wizards of the Coast has released the upcoming changes for Magic: The Gathering Arena in the June 2020 State of the Game, and while most of the information pertains to the Jumpstart cards being replaced and the update to the Brawlers' Guildhall, the company also revealed that Amonkhet Mastered, a digital-only set that contains cards from Amonkhet and Hour of Devastation, will be released in MTG Arena this August.

The State of the Game also revealed that 300+ cards from Amonkhet Remastered will be added to the game's Historic format. They haven't announced the whole list of cards that will be in the upcoming set, but expect it to feature many reprints from Amonkhet and Hour of Devastation. With the 500+ cards from Jumpstart and the 300+ cards from Amonkhet Remastered, MTG Arena's eternal format is getting a major expansion.

Wizards also previously announced that they plan to release Pioneer Masters in Magic: The Gathering Arena, but that probably won't launch until Q4 this year.
