17-Minute Magic: Legends Beastcaller Class Gameplay Footage Revealed

Cryptic's Magic: The Gathering-based ARPG Magic: Legends has a new gameplay footage featuring the Beastmaster class, giving us a look at the special summoning abilities and green spells that this class could cast. The developer shared a 17-minute video of the class's gameplay with IGN today, and it looks like the class will remind fans of the planeswalker Garruk, who's also known for summoning wild beasts.

The Diablo-like gameplay video also offers some of the game's narrative and voice acting, but it looks like they still need to work on improving the voice acting of the game. Nothing is really spoiled in the game since most of the footage is focused on combat. The Beastcaller wields an ax, which he spinsand broad swings to attack enemies. His other abilities include summoning a herd of creatures or phantom-like beasts. He's also accompanied by a pet in battle. The final part of the video shows an epic battle against a chaotic fire-breathing dragon.
