Is This John Boyega's Look for Star Wars Episode IX?

It has been rumored for a while that Star Wars Episode IX will feature a time jump, and John Boyega has said that he had to grow his hair for the film. Now Boyega has posted a new photo of himself, and everyone is wondering if this would be Finn's look for Star Wars IX.

Of course, it's still possible that Boyega could be sporting an entirely different look for the movie, but speculation is what keeps the fans interested while they wait for some official reveals. I think a new do for Finn would actually be pretty neat. Besides, that means more variation of action figures to the collectors.

Finn's character has come full circle with The Last Jedi, with him evolving from a self-absorbed deserter to becoming a loyal member of the Resistance. I don't know where they plan to take this character for the next film, but that's the beauty of TLJ: We're left with a movie where nobody knows where it will go.

Admittedly, there are some people who actively hate on The Last Jedi, but it's been said that there is a larger amount of the fanbase that was extremely pleased with the movie. Personally I thought the movie was great, and I'm thankful to Rian Johnson for mixing up the formula for the sequel trilogy.

Star Wars Episode IX comes out Dec. 20, 2019.
