Peggy Carter may have already died in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but there're still multiple opportunities for her to make appearances throughout the films. Avengers 4 is currently shooting, and it's possible that actress Hayley Atwell is teasing her return to the MCU.

You can see that there are multiple facial trackers on Atwell's face, so I'm guessing we're going to see an older Peggy return. In Captain America: The Winter Soldier, it was said that the older Peggy was brought to life thanks to a mix of prosthetics and VFX, so an old Peggy would be the most obvious reason for Atwell having trackers on.
Then again, this could be for a totally different movie, and we're all just blowing things out of proportion with the speculation. However, an MCU film is a likely possibility when it comes to movies with VFX that would require facial capture.
No doubt that a lot of fans are very eager to see Peggy come back in some form. She proved to be a fan-favorite in the MCU, and after the cancellation of Agent Carter, fans will take whatever glimpse of Peggy they can get.
Avengers 4 is set for a release in 2019, but we can check out Avengers: Infinity War on May 4 next year.
