Injustice 2: Check Out Gameplay for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

More non-DC heroes are falling under Injustice 2's net of characters, and the latest addition will be the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. A new gameplay trailer has just dropped for the heroes in a half-shell, and it looks like the four will be playable as one character.

Deep below the surface, in the sewers of New York City, four turtle brothers were mutated by radioactive ooze and began training in the art of ninjutsu. While in a fight with the fearsome Krang—our heroes in a half-shell were jettisoned on a one way trip across the Multiverse.

It's still unclear how the characters play out, but I have a feeling you'll be able to switch between each turtle anytime during the match. If not, maybe you can pick out one turtle in the character select menu, and each of them just has a bunch of "assist" moves or a shared super move.

Injustice 2 is looking to make the best of its multiverse concept, making multiple characters battle it out with familiar DC ones. Aside from Mortal Kombat fighters being available for the game, we also have the likes of Hellboy on the roster; not to mention NetherRealm is planning to add more characters in the future.

Injustice 2 is now available forPC, PS4, Xbox One, iOS, and Android.
