Inhumans Star Cast as Bruce Lee in Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood

Quentin Tarantino may have been attached to a Star Trek film not too long ago, but now he's working on an ode to old Hollywood with the film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. The film will actually feature some real-life celebrities as characters, and it appears the movie had just cast someone to play Bruce Lee.

According to The Wrap, Inhumans star Mike Moh has been cast as martial arts master Bruce Lee. It's worth noting that Moh already has a lot of experience when it comes to action in front of the camera, as he even played the lead role of Ryu in Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist.

When it comes to this film, I have a feeling that Tarantino will want to pay homage to Lee's time as Kato in Green Hornet. He did use the intro for the show in Kill Bill Vol. 1. The Crazy 88 could also pass for a bunch of Kato cosplayers.

Besides Bruce Lee, the film also has another real-life celebrity as a character in the form of Sharon Tate (Margot Robbie). The movie also has Leonardo DiCaprio playing an actor Rick Dalton with Brad Pitt playing his stuntman Cliff Booth.

Here's the official synopsis:

A faded TV actor and his stunt double embark on an odyssey to make a name for themselves in the film industry during the Helter Skelter reign of terror in 1969 Los Angeles.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood comes out July 26, 2019.
