Here's An Incredibly Detailed Look at Adam Warlock's Cocoon in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

At the end of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, viewers got a glimpse at Adam Warlock's Cocoon, and now, concept artist Ian Joyner has shared a new 3D model of it to give us a closer look. The detailed image shows a creepy look, and it appears that the design was inspired by the work of H.R. Giger, who's known for creating the visual style of the Alien movies. Talking about the piece, the artist said:

"I did a lot of passes on the Cocoon for the end tag of guardians (SPOILERS!), which was a lot of fun as I always loved when they showed up in the cosmic books from Marvel! The final look shown here had lot of golden hues/tech that tied into the sovereigns world and really looked awesome on screen."

The design looks incredibly creepy, and I hope we get to see this in a future Marvel film. Adam Warlock will most likely appear in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, which won't be released until after the fourth Avengers film.

As Him, Adam Warlock possessed superhuman speed; strength; stamina; durability; agility and the ability to control cosmic energy for energy projection, recuperation, and flight. However, Him sacrificed the majority of his powers by prematurely coming out from his cocoon so he can defend the High Evolutionary from an assault by the Man-Beast. Warlock's latest version uses "Quantum magic" and can create force fields, manipulate energy, teleport, detect or produce wormholes, and travel faster than light.
