Hellboy III Poll Moves Guillermo Del Torro To His Feet

Hellboy director Guillermo Del Torro promises that he'll try to get the wheels turning for HellboyIII, that is, if his fans manage to fill in the numbers in time.

After being faced with questions about Hellboy III a countless of number of times, del Torro has finally decided to put the fate of the sequel to Hellboy II: The Golden Army in the hands of his fans. Taking to Twitter, the Mexican film director has promised fans that he'll finally have a sit down with Hellboy creator Mike Mignola and star Ron Pearlman and to get the gears turning for Hellboy III.

Though The Golden Army didn't really do so well when it made its first cinematic run back in 2008, it looks like Hellboy's legion of fans aren't going to let that get in the way of Hellboy III. So far del Toro's poll has managed to rake in more than 100,000 votes and with Yes as the only selection on the poll, it seems like the Pan's Labyrinth helmsman is going to have to get to work soon.

Of course, the discussions may not result in anything new, but with more than a hundred thousand fans eagerly helping out del Toro to see Hellboy III come in to fruition, we just might get that Hellboy film up and running.
