There are a lot of Whovians who have been asking for a female incarnation of the Doctor in Doctor Who. And if there's one actress who can pull off that iconic role, it would probably be the Agent Carter star Hayley Atwell.
During a recent Twitter Q&A, Atwell was asked if she would like to star in Doctor Who. Her simple response made a lot of Whovians and Marvel fans cheer; she said, "I'd like to BE Doctor Who".
