Gwendoline Christie on How Captain Phasma Escaped Star Wars: The Force Awakens


At the final act of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Captain Phasma was in unfavorable predicament, and now, Gwendoline Chrstie addressed about her character's situation, talking about how she might have escaped.

Speaking to Good Morning America, Christie said, "If I could be precise about this, I don't think we actually saw me inside the trash compactor. That scene didn't exist. What we saw was the threat of that. So aren't you just on tender hooks now to think about why I'm here," she added, to the laughter of her fellow cast members."
