Get Star Wars Battlefront’s DLC Season Pass On PS4, Xbox One, and PC For Free

It looks like EA Dice's has a little treat for Star Wars gamers as Star Wars Battlefront II approaches its release date.

Though the official promotion for the offer still hasn't been announced by EA, it seems like the developer has started offering Star Wars Battlefront's on EA's Origin service for free. Gamers on PS4 and Xbox One can also avail of the offer, however, those on Xbox's gaming platform seem to need an Xbox Live Gold subscription so they can grab the Star Wars Battlefront season pass.

Playing Star Wars Battlefront is a great way to prepare for EA Dice's highly anticipated 2017 Star Wars action shooter videogame and the free season pass allows players to play all of the original videogame's expansion packs for free. Gamers might not be too keen on Star Wars Battlefront's lack of a single player campaign and its pricey DLC's, but the game's got some pretty good expansion packs, including a cool Death Star-themed DLC.

Those who don't own a copy of Star Wars Battlefront can also purchase a copy of the game at a discounted price across all three platforms, and while it's uncertain how long this new deal will last, we suggest that gamers take the chance while they can so that they can prepare for Star Wars Battlefront II.

Star Wars Battlefront II hits shelves on November 17.
