Four Cities to Get Special Game of Thrones Season 6 Premiere Screenings

If you wanted to attend the Hollywood premiere of Game of Thrones season 6 but couldn't, then don't fret. Four cities in the U.S. are getting special Thrones premiere screenings next weekend during events.

Lucky cities to get the premiere include Austin, Atlanta, Boston and Denver.

The first city to have details is Austin, Texas, where the ATX Television Festival and the Alamo Drafthouse will be hosting a Game of Thrones-style scavenger hunt contest then a screening of The Red Woman.

The special screenings will take place on the eve of April 24, which means viewers aren't ahead of everyone in the latest events of Game of Thrones. However, it also means watching the season premiere together with a crowd of Thrones fans, which is completely more fun. In addition, there's probably no experience quite like watching the hit HBO series on the big screen.

If you want to attend the Austin screening, here's how you can get the tickets to the event:

> Find two or five more people to join your team, since the event requires 3–6 players for each team.
> Register here

The Thrones-themed scavenger hunt will begin at 5 p.m. on April 24. By 7 p.m., top teams will receive a text inviting them to the Thrones screening at 8 p.m.

A wonderful treat for those invited to the event is that they'll also get to see Nathalie Emmanuel (Missandei).

Game of Thrones returns to HBO on April for its sixth season on the 24th.
