First Reaction To Aquaman Trailer Makes Its Way Online

Aquaman's trailer might not have dropped just yet, but it looks like the first reaction to the promotional video's already made its way online.

The trailer was exclusively screen for guests at the CineEurope convention visiting Warner Bros. presentation today and Russian website KinoMetro.ru just gave a brief description of the footage they saw at the panel (translation via ComicBook.com).

According to the site, Aquaman's trailer wasn't just full of "traditional action and dizzying special effects" it also had "good humor" and "an unusually bright picture" – two elements that break out of the DC Extended Universe's mold.

The description of the trailer comes out after reports started surfacing saying that the trailer could come out soon. With about six months to go till the film officially premieres, DC fans have anxiously been waiting for the trailer for Aquaman, hoping that the standalone would help turn around the DCEU.

Though some are expecting Warner Bros. to make waves with Aquaman's trailer debut at this year's San Diego Comic-Con in July, others believe that fans could get their first look at the footage ahead of superhero movie screenings like the one for Incredibles 2 on June 15 or the one for Marvel's Ant-Man and the Wasp on July 6.

Aquaman premieres December 21.
