First Final Fantasy VII Remake Gameplay Trailer Released

The first gameplay trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake has been revealed during the Playstation Experience key note. Fans will be glad to see the Sector 1 Mako Reactor, the famous train from Sector 7 slums, and several streets of Midgar, some nice details added to the Guard Scorpion, and even a look at Wedge!

The battle system looks fun with a more real-time battle style of Kingdom Hearts. Earlier this year, director Tetsuya Nomura said that the battle system will feature dramatic changes, and this trailer shows proof of that. And for those complaining that it's no longer turn-based, the original game is always there for you.

The trailer was introduced by Kitase-san and Nomura-san who also announced the PC version of the original game was available from today on PS4. Those who buy the game will get a custom theme for their PS4 featuring Cloud and the cityscape of Midgar from Final Fantasy VII Remake.

All footage shown in the Final Fantasy VII remake video is work in progress.
