Fantastic New Trailer For Hugh Jackman's The Greatest Showman

Hugh Jackman has put up the Wolverine claws earlier this year, and now it seems that he's going to be embracing his musical roots once again. This December will see the release of The Greatest Showman, and Jackman will be taking center stage as famed entertainer P.T. Barnum. Check out the new trailer:

The trailer also comes with an official synopsis:

Inspired by the imagination of P.T. Barnum, The Greatest Showman is an original musical that celebrates the birth of show business & tells of a visionary who rose from nothing to create a spectacle that became a worldwide sensation.

Besides Jackman, the movie also stars Spider-Man: Homecoming's Zendaya; we also have appearances from Michelle Williams and Zac Efron. It seems that Efron is going back to his musical roots as well. Let's not forget that a huge chunk of his popularity came from Disney Channel's High School Musical.

All-in-all, I think the movie looks interesting. Aside from the fact that the movie is a musical, I think there's a lot of historical goodies to be found when exploring the story of P.T. Barnum—a relentless showman who, according to the movie, was the one who came up with the term "show-business."

Catch The Greatest Showman in theaters this Christmas.
