Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them Original Screenplay to Get e-Book Version on Pottermore

The HarryPotter spin-off film, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, isn't the only thing fans can be excited about in the next couple of months. The movie's screenplay is going to have a print edition from Scholastic.

As announced by Pottermore on Monday, J.K. Rowling's original screenplay for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, which follows the adventures of wizard Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) in the wizarding world in 1920s New York, will be published as an e-Book on the website. The e-Book will be released the day after the film is released, November 19.

Pottermore was also home to Rowling's short story collection, The History of Magic in North America, which point out the differences of American and British magic that would lead to the Fantastic Beasts.

Rowling is showing no signs of slowing down on exploring stories of the wizarding world. I don't know what to expect of Fantastic Beasts, but knowing Eddie Redmayne's previous works, there must be something in the screenplay aside from magic that attracted him. In any case, if the film turns out to be a hit, it's expected that the e-Book will be in demand as well.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them hits theaters on November 18.
