Fox has released the second full trailer for its X-Men-inspired series The Gifted, which is centered on a group of young mutants joining an underground network of their kind. There's 3-minute of footage that introduce the young characters as well as show glimpses of the adult characters who are there to support them. It looks like they will fighting some smaller form of Sentinels after facing the struggles of high school life. This seems to be a coming-of-age story that feels like a fusion of Heroes and Divergent. This trailer is also loaded with a lot of cool action-packed footage that will excite fans of the Marvel franchise.

Synopsis:
Action-adventure family drama THE GIFTED, from Marvel, tells the story of a suburban couple whose ordinary lives are rocked by the sudden discovery that their children possess mutant powers. Forced to go on the run from a hostile government, the family joins up with an underground network of mutants and must fight to survive.
The Gifted stars Blair Redford, Stephen Moyer, Amy Acker, Jamie Chung, Sean Teale, Natalie Alyn Lind, Emma Dumont, Percy Hynes White, and Coby Bell. The show is developed by Matt Nix (Burn Notice), who also wrote the pilot episode directed by Bryan Singer.
The series will air during the 2017-2018 TV season on Fox.
