One Piece Creator Eiichiro Oda Draws His Version of Dragon Ball's Goku

One Piece creator Eiichiro Oda took a stab at drawing his version of Dragon Ball's famous hero, Goku, and he drew him with his arm around Luffy.

This was done for an upcoming Shonen Weekly Jump, and according to the website Japaaan, the issue will be available starting July 14 and it will feature an interview with Dragon Ball Akira Toriyama and Slam Dunk creator Takehiko Inoue.

Oda, who is a fan of the Dragon Ball creator, also made another Goku drawing (below), congratulating the 50th anniversary of Weekly Jump.

One Piece and Dragon Ball are two of the biggest and most popular anime and manga franchises ever, so it's cool seeing the two characters crossover thanks to Oda's drawings. The two characters will also meet in the upcoming fighting game Jump Force. It would be cool to see them fight in an official crossover anime but chances of that happening are probably slim.
