Dragon Ball Super has been well-received since it started airing back in 2015, and it looks like the hit anime series won't stop anytime soon. At least, that's what one Dragon Ball Super voice actress thinks.
During a recent interview (via the anime's official Japanese website), 80-year-old Masako Nozawa, who voices Goku teased fans with some exciting news about Dragon Ball Super's run. Nozawa hyped up Dragon Ball Super's 100th episode which aired on July 23 by saying, "If things go like this, it seems the 200th episode will come so quickly!"
It sounds like Nozawa is still enthusiastic on working for the Dragon Ball franchise. The voice actress has been voicing Son Goku since Dragon Ball aired in 1986.
"These days, I am very happy that I have received many messages from the fans almost every day," she said. "Even when I walk outside, people say to me like, 'I watch it every week,' or 'It's exciting."
Nozawa may be overconfident about how long the anime series will run.
"Based on the number of the Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Super is aiming to reach its 700th episode. Fans of the series, I look forwarding to your ongoing support," Nozawa said.
So far, the entire Dragon Ball franchise has over 770 episodes, so if Nozawa is right, that means the series could end with about 1370 episodes.

Dragon Ball Super is set to air on Crunchyroll Saturdays at 7:15 p.m. CST. Toonami still airs the English dub of Dragon Ball Super on Adult Swim Saturdays at 11:30 p.m.
