Doctor Strange And Spider-Man Meet In Infinity War Set Leak; New Spidey Suit Confirmed

Avengers: Infinity War promises to bring together ten years-worth of superheroes in one movie, and a leaked set image gives us a glimpse of New Yorkers Spider-Man and Doctor Strange coming together.

The image is clearly in CGI, but at least we know that the two will be sharing a scene. Check it out:

In the screen, you can also make out some dialogue in the subtitles, and some have deciphered it as Doctor Strange telling Spider-Man, "Protect them. They're not dead." I'm guessing Thanos will find some way to take control of certain heroes (like Loki did in the first Avengers) and the Avengers will have to face off against old allies.

You'll also notice that Spider-Man is wearing Tony Stark's updated suit from the end of Spider-Man: Homecoming. Though I think the suit looks awesome, I still very much prefer the blue and red classic suit with the animated eyes. I do love how this new suit pays homage to the Iron Spider costume from the Civil War comics. You think it has the spider-arms on the back?

The Russos have said that Strange and Spider-Man have good chemistry in the film, and seeing as they both live near each other, there may be a potential team-up between the two somewhere down the line. Maybe Strange can be the MCU hero in the Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel?

Avengers: Infinity War comes out May 4, 2018.
