Darth Vader Delivered A 3D Printed Arm To Young Boy in Need

When Alviin Garia Flores was born, he was missing an arm, but the generous folks at Limbitless Solutions, printed up and gave him one in a cool presentation before his entire school.

The 501st Legion's Central Garrison members (which serves Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota) dressed up as Star Wars characters, presented Alvin with one.

Limbitless Solutions is a Florida-based non-profit organization, with a mission to create "advance personalized bionics and solutions for disabilities." The same group who created the arm that Robert Downey Jr. delivered last year. When Alvin's Principal Terry Burton watched the video, it immediately reminded him of Alvin:

He later showed him the video. Alvin's response: "Oh, I want one of those," Burton said. "I was kind of in a corner."
He wrote to Limbitless. The organization agreed to build the arm.

Darth Vader and a couple of Stormtroopers howed up with the 501st Legion, and presented Alvin with a 3D-printed arm modeled after a Stormtrooper's arm. Check out the photos via Twitter below:
